However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns / exchange or refunds. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please email info@fabulajewels.com for a repair authorization within 24hrs of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event of your jewelry being defective (i.e. missing a stone) within a 90 day period please email info@fabulajewels.com immediately so that we can do our best to help you.
