Fabula Jewels strives for outstanding customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns / exchange or refunds. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please email info@fabulajewels.com for a repair authorization within 24hrs of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event of your jewelry being defective (i.e. missing a stone) within a 90 day period please email info@fabulajewels.com immediately so that we can do our best to help you.
Fabula Jewels is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
